Yes, its included in the package for both pickup and return to your hotel.

Pickup time vary depending on your location, and the specific itinerary. Generally, morning tours begin at 08.00 AM. We will confirm your exact pickup time one day before the tour via whatsapp

We provide coverage for all major tourist areas, including Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Ubud.

We accept several convenient payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards. Specific payment links will be provided during the booking process.

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review our cancellation policy below:

• All cancellations by the Client must be made in writing via WhatsApp or Email.  
• Cancellations made between 2–6 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund  of the total package cost.  5  
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure or no-shows are not  eligible for a refund (0%).  
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip due to Force Majeure (natural  disasters, extreme weather, government policies), volcanic eruptions, ash clouds,  sudden road closures due to local ceremonies or rituals, or other events beyond its  control. In such cases, the Client will be offered a rescheduling or a full refund.  

For any changes or cancellation requests, please contact our team as early as possible so we can assist you smoothly.

No, we currently do not offer deposit payments for bookings.
To secure your reservation, full payment is required in advance for all tour packages.

This helps us confirm transportation, activity reservations, tickets, and other arrangements to ensure a smooth and premium travel experience.

Your safety is our priority. In case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, the tour or certain activities may be rescheduled, adjusted, or cancelled. 

Please wear modest and respectful clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Comfortable footwear is also recommended, as some temple areas involve walking or stairs.

As part of your experience, we provide a special goodie bag including a sarong that you can keep as a souvenir from us.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a change of clothes, and waterproof sandals or shoes for waterfall activities. A waterproof phone case and some cash for personal expenses are also helpful.

To make your experience more comfortable, we also provide a special goodie bag including a towel for your trip.

 Yes — we provide a complimentary sarong for temple visits, and you can also keep it as a special souvenir from us. 

Yes, all entrance fees and parking tickets listed in your selected package are included, so you can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience. 

All of our tours are private experiences, so you can enjoy a more comfortable, flexible, and personalized journey with your own travel companions. 

Yes — we offer experiences suitable for children, families, and elderly guests. We also have specially curated Kids & Family packages designed for a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all ages.

Lunch is included for selected activities such as rafting and tubing experiences. For other tour packages, meals may not be included unless stated in the package details.

All of our packages include complimentary snacks, mineral water, and soft drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the journey.

Yes — if you prefer a more flexible experience, we recommend choosing our Individual/Custom Tour package, where you can personalize the itinerary based on your preferences.

For regular tour packages, additional or spontaneous stops outside the itinerary are generally not available in order to keep the schedule smooth and comfortable for all planned activities

 At the moment, we do not provide airport transfer services. Our services currently focus on tour and experience packages around Bali. 

 Yes — we can accommodate large groups for tours and special trips. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best transportation and experience for your group size.
